Training Tips
Running is very good for your health. The most important tip for running is to relax. Do not run too much or run with the tips of your toes. Relax and maintain a comfortable stride. Another tip is to listen to your body's condition. Recovery is also important for your body. Get enough sleep so that your body can fully recover.
